TERMS

• All prices are in Euros. VAT included.
• Prices subject to special rules, such as supplements or discounts, are provided for information purposes only. We will notify you before confirming your order for any changes.
• It is customary to take possession of the room at the arrival day between 18:00 and 20:30 and release it at the departure day at least at 10:30.
• All cancellations have to be notified at least 24 hours before foreseen stay by email. This cancellation must take place over 24 hours of intented day. The date of receipt of the email will be the date for the cancellation.
• Failure by the customer of the schedule will be considered as a cancellation without compliance with the conditions specified above. Indemnification will be as following:
• Cancellation: No refund of deposit.
